Limit of 9 hearts, we can add up to 2 names on each heart.

The sign is 9 x9 inches. Please double-check that these measurements are what you desire.

It is made of 1/8 inch baltic birchwood and is designed to be lightweight. The wood and colors may vary slightly.

Please include children's names or a note letting me know that you would like to send signatures in the 'comments' box during checkout. If you send signatures, please use a Sharpie marker on white paper, as it engraves the best and send them to support@countryfamilyhome.com

Please also include the word you would like to include in the "Grandma" spot. We can add "Mom", "Nana", or any single word you would like. If no note is provided, we will default to "Grandma."
